Never face your fears or shadows, because whatever we give our attention to, becomes more. We get what we think about, whether we want it or not. Focusing on fearful things, is like asking the Universe to bring you more of them. The reason why "Shadow Work" doesn't work is because you are re-activating a vibration by your attention to it, you're not going to leave it behind, you're going to cause it to become more.

How about seeking guidance from within, from your Inner-Being, who knows what we want and is guiding us to the Path of Least Resistance to get us there. Our Inner-Being has vibrationally become what we've asked for, and has gathered all the cooperative components to make it manifest, the only question is, are you one of them?
