There are a lot of ways to build this backdrop and it can be out of all plywood. But I chose to use plywood with some solid wood pieces because it will make it so much easier to build for beginners and not worry about making a lot of straight cuts. So this build is very beginner friendly and can be made with a screw gun if you do not have a brad nail gun. Good luck and please let me know if you have any questions!

Hey Ben, I love your content, I've always had a passion for woodworking and I used a couple of your plans to create a backdrop for my family (They loved it). After that, people started asking me to build one for them. Do you have any videos on how you started the business aspect such as marketing/sales, content creation, things like that to get exposure outside of friends and family? The hardest thing I find is being able to create content as I don't have many photos and videos since I'm just starting and I'll basically be building on demand.

Hello! What type of paint did you use? Trying to decide semi gloss, gloss, or egg shell.

Hi, I believe I used glossy. But I usually use glossy as it makes it easier to wipe down or clean off. But semi gloss will work as well. I just prefer glossy. Good luck

lol, I know I'm all late. Nah I have just been remaking my website, my older plans, stencils and making more designs over the holidays. I am just about done updating everything so it will be easier for me to make plans as they will be all formated better. So hopefully I can finish my last two plans and then I'm all caught up. lol So hopefully this coming week everything and the website will be done! Thanks for reaching out.
