I think she was in the middle of a metal break down. She was probably put in a new med at the psych ward and it made her lose her mind. Sounds like she was wandering aimlessly through San Francisco. Poor thing..😢

Apparently...she was mentally ill and off her meds...or was never put on meds? Her mother admitted she has run away numerous times and been in and out of mental hospitals. She was obviously "Troubled". How many times does it take...before she DOESN'T COME BACK? This ONE Time.
Regardless...she was a suffering Soul that is no longer suffering. She RETURNED TO WHERE SHE CAME FROM. At least her loved ones know where she is now and she is no longer MISSING. Other families might have to wait decades...for their lost loved ones to be FOUND.
