You actually can. Getting malefic roar early game would be the best and max jungle emblem and talent with 20% damage to tower. You can hit a shielded tower 3 to 4 times before its gone. And atleast 3 times for a normal tower. It's really convenient. Hahahaha

You can solo the the base turret with Encourage mask on even if full health ( of course you should have full build at that time ) I once tried it in classic but the health of the base turret has only 1/3 of it's health remaining.
