Whether it be a DIY home improvement project, the perfect Disney princess cake, that hairstyle or nail art you’ve always wanted, or the foolproof makeup for a night on the town, chances are there’s a tutorial or blog telling you how you can do it. Once in a while, it turns out exactly the way you want it to, but a lot of times you just don’t quite nail it.
Let’s be honest, we’ve all done it. We’ve all had that time where we eagerly followed along with a tutorial in anticipation of that gorgeous final product we were promised. Yet despite carefully following the instructions (or maybe sometimes not so carefully), we find ourselves staring hopelessly at what we’ve created and wondering just where we went wrong. It happens to the best of us, which is why so many people love to share their fails with the Internet as well.
