Hi Lauren Canup,
Personally for making these bows I like to use fabric that has body to it like 100% Cotton Fabric, Medium Weight denim or Linen.
For the Tan color bow I used Linen fabric. Hopefully this info was helpful to you 😊

Where do you get the bands to tie the bows on?

The bands were made out of pantyhose. I found a good pair at walmart. I cut them about 1 1/2" then stretched them. Hope you find this information helpful. Thank you for watching!
