The term "Poor Man's Cordoba®" comes to mind when I see the 1975 Plymouth Fury Coupe. 😉 Only recently did I realize, the Plymouth Satellite became the Fury in 1975 but the Dodge Coronet remained the Coronet . 🤔 I drove a '75 Fury sedan with a Slant 6 for several years so I can assure anyone researching that model the official 0-60 times in the 18.5 second range are accurate. 😂 If I could get my hands on a brand new 1975 Fury today, I would take the wagon with a 318 and Taxi upgrades. 😁
Thank you for posting this ... Loved watching it ... poor Road Runner.
Best channel on CZcams. Ever.
Police bestseller and the last "true" Road Runner. Thanks for the Promo Film👌👍
Pretty special!!!!💖💎
Always found it funny that this was the era where adjustable headrests were really more decorative than anything else, and this promo proves that in spades.
great upload here, a film i've never been able to find!!! Thanks!!
Love Me Some Mopar ☺️
I like that Plymouth was still offering a 2-door hardtop with roll-down rear windows. Cost cutting at the Big 3 would eliminate that once common body style.
2 door cars were the main stay of Big 3 back then Now its trucks suvs. Regular sedans much less 2 doors are basically out of production. Unless its a rice burner .
A few of these were actually used in nascar. I have the 1975 sport fury sitting in my garage right now. They are pretty rare and you can make them look pretty mean with the right wheels tires and stance. Anything is possible today and no one cares about gas mileage when it’s a classic cruiser.
That's interesting info concerning NASCAR. Do You happen to know who drove on, and in what series? I checked the lineup for the Daytona, Rebel and Winston 500 of 1975 and found no 75 Plymouth ...
2:29...............Ol' Blue Eyes, baby!!!! 2:49.........I can only imagine what a PITA it must have been to steer & stop a Fury of this size with manual brakes & steering!!!!!
Big ships.
Hey there everyone listen up 😢”I”own one back in the 80”1975”😊”Plymouth fury and with a 318”engine?i”❤️”to”have right now if” you can find one 😞” okay from lightning bye 😊”
Malaise era car, not my favorite time for domestic vehicles.😑
Agreed. 😬
By '75 the malaise era was in effect. Meh, quality, meh design, and meh performance.
Yah give me a 72 plymouth or chrysler fuselage any day!
Agreed! Not the best looking. ☹
