Loved the review i bought this monitor last week any idea how do i go to service menu?
what’s the stand that you are using in the thumbnail?
My god haha the speed ... I could use one of these but after seeing the price ... I learned the value of being contented with my monitor haha
Best tlaga rog
Can I use 360hz with my 1080 gpu?
In rainbow six siege just turn on vulkan when launching it. I have gtx 1080 and i average 240 fps
Can it run at 240 option?
the problem with these high refresh rate monitors is currently there is no way for you to maintain 360fps stable, unless you play csgo which can run on a potato pc, so I might just stick with my 240hz monitor for the meantime
I think it’ll be mainly worth it for games like overwatch, valorant, Csgo vs triple a tittles
yo i have a question do i need to buy motherboard ram memory and graphic card or it already has them inside
hm po ung gnyn na monitor
In Buying mother which do you prefer MSI or ASUS? please answer this question
there are 2 main hosts on this channel, Rafael seems to prefer MSI while Anton strongly prefers Asus... so I don't know if this answer is helpful for you :p
bec. ur vcard too low for 360hz monitor make it 3090 or 3080ti so that u can achieve 360fps
U had V-sync on
dami nyo na monitor sir naalala ko before parang minimalistic look pa yan kc isa lng monitor hehe
It looks like you're melting those guys only this monitor. I just purchased it, should be here tomorrow.
Hmm parang need talaga ng top of the line na gpu at cpu yan example nlang gtx 3090 plus amd r 9 5950x and naka 3090 na nga why settle for less if u got the money, this monitor clearly caters to those high end enthusiasts.
Cpu is not fast enough to leverage the extra room for Gpu performance. I think 3700x can't display the full potential of 2080 ti.
I know your comment is like a year old, but that wasn't the problem. He had V-sync on, it limits FPS to work
Logitech (wireless) Superlight X works Now
cant believe he deducted 3 points for the advertised size and the price considering the features lol
Freesync!?
If you cant max out siege you are doing something wrong. A toaster can run siege at 144hz
VSYNC WAS ON
I guess this monitor is best played with CSGO which normally exceeds 350 fps easily.
nagbebenta b kyo ng video card?
@@hwsph nagpunta ko sa website nyo, ang ganda kc my pc builder n malalaman mo agad price, tpos ung warranty astig kc wala marami tanong haha, ask lng po, kelan kayo magkaka stock ng videocard? salamat...
You really won't enjoy the 360hz experience if you can't reach at least 320 to 356 fps for GSYNC to kick in, it's just gonna be jittery. That being said, not sure why the setup can't reach at least 300 fps with some settings toned down. My R5 5600x + RTX 3070 can reach 356 fps (capped for my GSYNC settings) just fine at very high settings in R6 Siege Vulkan.
As a casual gamer myself (2 to 4 hours of Siege daily), the 360hz experience was the best. Fluid and less eye straining, and with a little advantage from those spawn peekers. 🤣
It's really not for everyone, had to sell some few personal stuff that I can't use because of the pandemic, but does offer an experience you won't commonly see everyday. 😁
definitely not something you would see on an average set up :D I guess I also just got used to a larger sized screen coming from my previous monitors... and not sure also why I couldn't push more frames onto the monitor :p
@@hwsph No offense, but you are just cpu bottlenecked, the cpu % you are looking at is based on core usage not on utilization of cpu speed. The 3000 series of ryzen cpu's just cant handle high fps gaming like Intel and the new generation of ryzen cpu's can.
Brooo iba refresh rate sa fps, please do further research about it kasi ang refresh rate has no positive effect on your fps. In fact the higher the refresh rate, the lower your fps will go hahahaha
You can feel the difference more sa refresh rate in first-person shooters like CSGO or Valorant over Battle Royale games as you see the enemies faster and more clearly with a 360hz monitor vs a 60hz monitor but it does not affect fps. Fps is affected by the power of your dedicated graphics card of gpu. Please clarify sa vid because misinformation ito sa monitor and refresh rates hehe
In games like CSGO and Valorant kasi, every pixel matters because it's a very fast-paced game kaya every advantage such as fps, refresh rate, and even ping it will definitely be noticed. It comes in terms such as "peeker's advantage" or "ping diff" or "refresh rate diff". I know these because I've been playing CSGO and Valorant for a long time now and I really see the difference between a 60hz and a higher refresh rate monitor such as 144hz. Once again, a higher refresh rate does not mean higher fps but rather the opposite as a higher refresh rate monitor is more taxing on your gpu. Only the gpu, cpu, and ram affects your fps in a positive way.
yup this is true. medyo na gulat ako sa review na bakit daw hindi ma reach ung advertise na speed ng monitor with the game he is playing, try playing csgo in low settings, where you can easily get 400+ fps and you’ll see that this monitor can handle that much fps which makes it even smoother.
Good review tho, keep it up hardware sugar!
Ahh, I am sorry for any confusion made. My understanding is that the monitors HZ corresponds to the maximum refresh rate the computer can achieve assuming the computer (not the monitor) has the hardware which can keep up with it. My inability to reach 360 in the MSI Afterburner counter in the video is because my GPU and CPU can't reach it. According to www.digitaltrends.com/computing/do-you-need-a-120hz-or-240-hz-monitor/
"a 240Hz display can handle up to 240 fps. " following that logic, a 360hz monitor can reach 360 fps if, like you said, the gpu and cpu are strong enough.
But thank you for pointing out that CSGO and Valorant would have been better choices for this review and yes you are right that refresh rate and Hz are not technically synonymous. :)
@@hwsph No worries. Great review and channel nevertheless! Keep up the good work!
You failed to mention the difference between monitor refresh rate and inGame frame rate, which led to misinterpreting GSync tech, and did not emphasized the CPU bottleneck (and possibly memory bottleneck) in your test rig in this monitor review.
It is _weird_ that you are blaming the monitor for not hitting 360Hz monitor advertises because the games cant deliver 360FPS you play is unnecessarily _confusing_ at best because GSync is switched on (GSync decreases refresh rate to match frame rate so Hz=FPS for increased motion clarity) and also can be misleading to less informed viewers
when talking about eSports gaming performance, CPU (and memory too) performance is generally MORE important than the GPU even at 4k with only a few exemptions and especially at 1080p and even more so if you lower the details down
test system 3700x with 3200mhz memory with probably loose timings (maybe even forgot to turn XMP on or motherboard force boot the system without XMP) will not reach 360 FPS in the relevant games (eSports) you tested
So a test system with 9900k/10850k/10900k or ryzen 5000 paired with at least 3600mhz cl14 dual rank memory can hit those framerates needed to take advantage of the monitor in which these systems can maintain 360FPS in R6siege at 1080p low even with a RTX 3060 (about as strong as a GTX 1080 TI / RX 5700XT)
Although i understand and agree that this monitor is made for eSports PROs who have insane reflexes and stronger PCs and not for Casual Gamers, missing some key points like FPS and Hz, GSync tech, game choice, and test system bottlenecks really hurt this review
Csgo and valorant monitor
The FPS advantage is real. PRO gamers only need apply. I'm good with my 60FPS playing Cyberpunk. Doesn't matter how much faster the refresh rate gets, I'm not going to survive any longer in PUBG or Fortnite.
I used to be so good in PUBG. I'm gonna blame hackers and not my inability to keep up :p
your 3700x was too slow.. lol
The fact that it's 1080p with a high-refresh rate does make it seem more marketed towards a professional gamer market. And with that price, yeah, your gameplay should be paying for your bills.
Couldn't agree more!
