Those must be from Kenny’s Discus I’ve purchased many from him before very hardy and they eat right a away. Had to sell them my son was in travel baseball got tired of doing daily water changes at 10 at night. They are a ton of work but very rewarding.
Bump up 20g Josh and big rich are doing this much work.. I did a 75% water change on my tank today and feel tired ...

I moved a 150 gallon bow front with my dad..that was heavy, I could imagine a 210/220 gal would be very heavy! Good job rich for carrying your side all on your own!💪🏼

I have always loved Discus but I have heard they are very hard to take care of you have to have drip system with a high water change rate per day I am not sure if this is true but would love to learn more about them

oh yes , we def have the biggest , ours now measures 37 1/2 inches long, id like to see a ruler to his and see, i know rod and i know he thinks he has the biggest but i think hes wrong :)

How do you guys always find people who just wanna give up an old tank, I’ve been looking for ever and the closest I found was a guy wanting to sell an old and I mean old 125gal for $200. I almost bought it till he told me it will need to be resealed, told him $100 but he wouldn’t move off of $200. Awesome score by the way!!!
can you or your viewers give me you opinion. i have a 125 gallon i picked up the other day. glass is in good shape and 3/8" thick. top and bottom rim look okay, going to re seal it though. my guess is its 30 ish years old. had water and fish in it when i picked it up with no leaks. would you guys trust the glass , being that its that old? thanks.
yes the older tanks are way sturdier than the newer tanks, id use iot till it leaks if it ever does, then just a quick reseal and your good to go again :)

in fact, i have noticed a lot of discus in american videos to be completely incorrect with names/types shown.
unless you know the actual bloodline the fish came from, you are almost always getting something you are not paying for, and have been lied to about.
proper discus breeders have certification for their fish.
