A Bike/Hike starting from the Schoolhouse Bothy and following the land Rover track through the gate past Corriemulzie Lodge to the base of the mountain.
Ohhhh Andy! Sorry it’s Andy O 😂 great vid bud what a place Scotland ❤ is and lovely to have you back was getting worried about you…was even more worried no Brucie forthcoming when you got back to the car but you didn’t disappoint with something new in your repetoire a near side front wing Brucie ha ha…great tunes as always and please don’t stay away so long this time…cheers bud all the very best to you.
Lol,thanks dee boo.Yeah it has been a while since I last put a video up.Have done a lot of local hills but didn't record any of them.Glad you enjoyed it.😀👍
This is the way I fancy doing this one Andy 🏔️ the bike 🚲 is a godsend, cracking drone footage of the stunning coire & great views over to An Teallach 🏔️🏔️ Superb👌 atb Brian 👍
Deffo the way to do it Brian.Had this one planned for quite a while.Headed up to Bonner Bridge last August to do it and slept in the car. Woke up next day and the weather forecast was all wrong as it was raining and mist down to road level.Did not fancy.driving along the single track road in the mist and rain then cycling in to the mountain so sacked it and came back down the road. The mountain is in it's best shape from this side and the track to it is excellent.Hope you enjoy it when u go.😃👍
Was going to do this last week from the other end but it was hammering rain so that was a no, did the dearg 4 the day before in the mist , great vid , cheers from Brechin
Thanks glad you enjoyed it.Didn't fancy it from Inverlael side as it seems like a plateau slog from that side.Deffo think from Oykle bridge you really get to see the beauty of the mountain.Had originally planned to go up the North east scramble route for this mountain but an injury last year to my foot , I decided to take the easier option.😃👍
Not seen any vids of your for ages therefore good to see you back in the game. It’s a cracking mountain, I route-marched it from Inverlael a couple of years back. You got great weather too.
Thanks Richard. Not filmed anything since last year.Had another setback with my foot so been working myself up smaller hills the last few months on the outskirts of Glasgow.Good to be back on a wee proper adventure up north again.😀👍
Thanks Paul.Loved the route and the weather was spot on.2nd attempt at this as I tried to do it last August and woke up to the weather being pants and didn't fancy using the bike in the rain so just came down the road.😃
Nice one Andy, good to see a vid from you again. What a day you got☀️🏔 some good drone shots there as well Andy👍. Defo the way I’ll do it, looks a decent track for the bike🚴🏽. How long did it take from the wee school house.? ATB Frank.👍🏔🏴
Cracking day Frank, I'm glad I held off from last weekend.Place totally dried out so fords were really low. This is deffo the way to do it rather than over a big plateau from the other side. The track is good for a mountain bike, has it's rough parts but all good. This was a slow day for me Frank especially in the heat with lot's of breaks and drone stops. My GPS says 7hrs 46mins but u could do it in 5.5 hrs -6 hrs no probs.😃👍
