Yo bro just watched the DUNK LEAGUE episode and you got robbed man, even if staples through down the dunk harder then you he just did your dunk “windmill arm in the rim” but you did it over someone he didn’t half to jump as high or have as much precise timing to execute the dunk as you. They robbed you man. Keep doing your thing!! I mean it's harder to jump with a ball in your hand, but I feel like the judges didn't give him credit for jumping over people. If It wasn't unanimous I would've been okay with it.

I'm 16 and I'm 6'. I can grab the rim, but I'm a one-foot jumper. I've watched a ton of videos on how to improve the height of ur jump and stuff like that, and it seems the way to go is to jump off 2 feet. That seems to be better for dunking a ball bc u get more height.
1) do u have any tips on how to convert me from a one-foot to a 2-foot jumper? Bc currently, I don't get as much height off 2 feet as opposed to one-foot
2) do u have any tips in general on improving the height of my jump/vertical that u may have used?
I love ur videos; they inspire me to want to be able to dunk

Just practice footing. Going off the ball of your feet is very important, armswing is everything and plant your feet after sprinting. Dont slow down when you do a run up and make sure that when you go up you are converting all of your forward energy to upward momentum

These guys are professional dunkers. Sometimes they do dunks that are very hard look very easy! But believe it or not, the rim is 10ft or sometimes higher like 10'2. Jordan has dunked on rims 11'4 inches high.
