if it was virtual reality, nobody really died- and they are possible to bring back because they are characters that are made up- if maki, shuichi, and himiko can go to the real world that means all of the other students can be coded into the game and send them to the real world. meaning nobody has really died, but they did feel the pain and would have insane trauma.
i think they dont wanna do that because it would cause too much trauma and they dont want their friends to suffer so they want to at least let them rest in peace
The sdr2 cast besides the survivals all died, if they didn't die the weight of sdr2's ending wouldn't exost the anime was just pandering so I refuse to acknowledge it

Just something I’ve noticed, they go through all the blackends first, then they go through the victims. However, Kaito isn’t with the other blackends and is instead put with the victims, although he quite clearly killed Kokichi. My theory for this is that technically Kaito is a blackend but also a victim at the same time, as he is a victim of his disease. Let me know your thoughts, everyone!

Yeah. Makoto lost Sayaka, but even though he's close to her, I don't think he was close to the others who died. Hajime lost Chiaki, but all of his friends still alive at the end (I'm glad tho, they are my favourites) But Shuichi, he lost Kaede and Kaito, the people who basically keeping him stable in the game, and he only left with 2 friends, his own world destroyed and memory become a lie. I wonder how that boy going to live.

This only made me cry because I feel that Kaitos death and the plotline behind it was incredibly well written. He didn't deserve death but her did it to save Maki. I love every character in Dangaronpa 53 (Gonta and Kaito's death made me cry the most). Also Shuichi (i felt like) was such an emotional character and it really carried the story and personally I think Maki and Kokichi helped Shuichi the most (besides the obvious ones im talking abt behind the scenes) even though the fandom loves the masochistic characters the most and the characters seem to hate them they are the ines that carry the plot. Maki helped in her own special way that I can't describe. All I can say is..iM so pROuD OF thiS COMmunitY

See I think that sentiment belongs to D2, only because that group kept sticking together despite the game and so game literally had to force them to kill. Even the last 'murder' was an attempt to protect the world from the literal group that destroyed it
I admit V3's cast went through a lot but... Danganronpa 2's cast is the worst case in my opinion... There were plenty of times where the motives were outright absurd, and the ending, coupled with some of the characters' pasts makes it... Way too dark.
I feel bad for them even though they are characters.. imagine being in that situation.. slowly losing your sanity form all the death killing people and having to live with it just to be free.. True despair.. Pitiful.. Sad..
And maki is upset because she got a cut from the knife when she tried to make food And on 3:09 they were playing hide and seek and most of them were hiding while the others was counting
I spoiled the whole entire danganronpa series for myself before looking further into the games (and I deeply regret that decision.) I knew who died before even playing the games and getting to know the characters. The fact I haven’t even played v3 and I knew who died before I got attached to the characters and *I’m* crying while watching this is a sign of how powerful this series and video is. I can’t imagine the pain for people who fully played v3 and watched their favourite characters that they got attached to die watching this video. Now if you’ll excuse, I’m going to back to crying-
I know im really late but this absolutely broke my heart, especially the scenes of Shuichi trying 2 save Kaede & him screaming out his pain. It hurts honestly, imo he felt the most pain out of all the protagonists considering that he has depression(i saw some people saying that). I cried when he said he refuse hope. Compared to DR1 and DR2, DRV3 is so much more emotional and depressing for me.
Why did DRV3 end, why did anything end. I always think back to the good times where b4 the game even came out and how nostalgic it was. I miss those days. I miss everyone. I love how active the fandom was. Even though its clearly still active, just it was a lil different.
Honestly things like this always makes it the hardest to move forward, remembering such happy and fun times and the warmth that came with it and how its just..different now. But we have to hold onto those feelings and move forth towards and more memories, they may be different but they also can be just amazing if not then some. I think the last part was a nod to kaito. kaito was upset abput kokichi, but the last thing he wanted is kokichi to actually die. I think v3 just made kaito unanonimous with that "keep on living, don't give up on yourself" kinda mentality. and even if they didn't like each other, they had respect for each other. that's what I wanna believe.
All the characters are so lovable and likable and at the end when all the dead people were there, my GOSH i actually cried, especially about kaito and kokichi

if it was virtual reality, nobody really died- and they are possible to bring back because they are characters that are made up- if maki, shuichi, and himiko can go to the real world that means all of the other students can be coded into the game and send them to the real world. meaning nobody has really died, but they did feel the pain and would have insane trauma.
i think they dont wanna do that because it would cause too much trauma and they dont want their friends to suffer so they want to at least let them rest in peace

Just something I’ve noticed, they go through all the blackends first, then they go through the victims. However, Kaito isn’t with the other blackends and is instead put with the victims, although he quite clearly killed Kokichi. My theory for this is that technically Kaito is a blackend but also a victim at the same time, as he is a victim of his disease. Let me know your thoughts, everyone!

This only made me cry because I feel that Kaitos death and the plotline behind it was incredibly well written. He didn't deserve death but her did it to save Maki. I love every character in Dangaronpa 53 (Gonta and Kaito's death made me cry the most). Also Shuichi (i felt like) was such an emotional character and it really carried the story and personally I think Maki and Kokichi helped Shuichi the most (besides the obvious ones im talking abt behind the scenes) even though the fandom loves the masochistic characters the most and the characters seem to hate them they are the ines that carry the plot. Maki helped in her own special way that I can't describe. All I can say is..iM so pROuD OF thiS COMmunitY

This is the game where the characters went through the most pain out of the other characters in the series. They all deserved better.
See I think that sentiment belongs to D2, only because that group kept sticking together despite the game and so game literally had to force them to kill. Even the last 'murder' was an attempt to protect the world from the literal group that destroyed it
I admit V3's cast went through a lot but... Danganronpa 2's cast is the worst case in my opinion...
There were plenty of times where the motives were outright absurd, and the ending, coupled with some of the characters' pasts makes it... Way too dark.

I spoiled the whole entire danganronpa series for myself before looking further into the games (and I deeply regret that decision.) I knew who died before even playing the games and getting to know the characters. The fact I haven’t even played v3 and I knew who died before I got attached to the characters and *I’m* crying while watching this is a sign of how powerful this series and video is. I can’t imagine the pain for people who fully played v3 and watched their favourite characters that they got attached to die watching this video. Now if you’ll excuse, I’m going to back to crying-

I know im really late but this absolutely broke my heart, especially the scenes of Shuichi trying 2 save Kaede & him screaming out his pain. It hurts honestly, imo he felt the most pain out of all the protagonists considering that he has depression(i saw some people saying that). I cried when he said he refuse hope. Compared to DR1 and DR2, DRV3 is so much more emotional and depressing for me.
This is one of the best works about Danganronpa. It is very emotional and gives you to remember the whole meaning of Danganronpa

Why did DRV3 end, why did anything end. I always think back to the good times where b4 the game even came out and how nostalgic it was. I miss those days. I miss everyone. I love how active the fandom was. Even though its clearly still active, just it was a lil different.
Honestly things like this always makes it the hardest to move forward, remembering such happy and fun times and the warmth that came with it and how its just..different now. But we have to hold onto those feelings and move forth towards and more memories, they may be different but they also can be just amazing if not then some. As K1-b0 (keeboi) said "Hope moves forward!" (haha hope you don't mind the random comment xux

I think the last part was a nod to kaito. kaito was upset abput kokichi, but the last thing he wanted is kokichi to actually die. I think v3 just made kaito unanonimous with that "keep on living, don't give up on yourself" kinda mentality. and even if they didn't like each other, they had respect for each other. that's what I wanna believe.
