I dropped and ran out of fuel. I only added desil fuel in the bowl after check my filter that was fine. Everything has been good since. Why are we suggested to add atf. I’m advised this often but would like some clarification. Thank you brother, God bless.
ATF is for cleaning and lubing the injectors, alot cheaper than rip off additives. I use only ATF and when it's cold diesel kleen winter treatment so the fuel doesn't gel up. I don't bother with other fuel additives I don't feel like they are worth it, atleast not in the 7.3/HEUI injected stuff.
Patrick did you ever find the part number for the fuel filter? Having trouble finding it
