For some reason you have to play it to find the actual motion. That's why most videos either have an intro at the beginning or turn the models invisible until they start actually dancing.

@sofitssofi well it's hard to explain and my english suck but il try xD
go in frame and copy all the bone and emotions frames.Delete them then copy them where you want them to start.
But in this case this motion dont start at 0 frames so.
under the box with the frame they have some options box like copy,paste,revers etc
go where the motion start in frame(pokerface begin at 377)
under the options box it have two box,ex: 5 - 10 will mean frame 5 to frame 10.
for your motion you need

in the first box write 377 and the 2nd 9999.under the two box,they have one options:range-sel,press it,press copy,delete then go to the frame where you want the motion begin then press paste.
