One thing I jumped out of the sphere as i died the beginning cutscene played as normal but the death screen played on top of that when i re spawned i was at the grave yard also the kinesis wand is a good way to annoy ms slithers by glitching her out to get a insta kill

Gotta say this was pretty good
I did it in my first gameplay. You put the difficulty at its lowest. You get the weapon, then die. And when you spawn again kill her and quickly get out trough the indow to cancell the aattack.
