Pierre Poilievre delivers an address in Ottawa at the Conservative party's first national caucus meeting since he won the leadership on September 10, 2022. The long-time MP and former cabinet minister secured 68.15 per cent of electoral points on the first ballot. The caucus meeting comes ahead of the return of Parliament on September 20.
