  • Who doesn't want to run faster, get stronger, or jump higher? Even though I am not a professional athlete I do a lot of high intensity exercises and am always focusing on my speed and strength. Professional athletes can make mistakes with nutrition which impacts their time, strength, and overall performance. Additionally, when athletes have a preoccupation with weight, excess supplement use, and inadequate hydration this can impact their overall profession. I now a few of you have asked me to do a video on sports nutrition so I invited Kirsten, who is a sports dietitian, to share her expertise with us as it relates to training adaptations, strength, weight, and whole food vs. supplement use.
