And for those that commented about it. It's really not that difficult to avoid a player sliding on the ground when your RUNNING because you are above the player. You make the conscious action to lower your body to hit that player that's why players get called for hitting the QB when he's sliding. You gotta remember once a player hits the ground, slides or whatever, all you have to do is touch them with your hands and they are down. So to hit a man sliding when you could have just laid your hand on him that's why it's a penalty
