Sedatives are normal when it comes to doing a checkup on an animal for medical care and as for anti depressants many zoo's have resorted to environment enrichment in order to make an animal more relaxed and enjoy it's environment. And you can't be serious on wanting these animals to die instead of living? As for hate wise, idiotic people like you who put emotions before logic resort in getting people killed or destroying whatever beauty is left in the world.
and this is what the curator of the berlin zoo said: “When we have too many goats in the petting zoo, we usually give them to farms or private persons. But if we can’t get rid of them, we have them appropriately slaughtered and fed to carnivores”.
