Where did you get those custom headpieces?

I got it from a guy on Instagram! He used to be called “Natesminifigs” but he goes by “Inputbrick”now. I think he partnered up with a shop called “firestartoys”. Not up to date on if they still do but last I checked they are selling slightly similar versions of this there now
