The problem is that we used a printer Gk420t Zebra to print the tickets from the weighing machine XM303, there was no problem with the adhesive labels. However, the company decided to change this type of label for a normal ticket roll.
Then now the printer prints tickets bad, incompletely, and only to print once, after the led red is power and not printer more. i like know if exist a shape for setup the GK420T to print in the format correct

Hi thanks for your question. Yes it will work but you need change some settings as per your new roll. There is lots of type o paper roll are available. You need to know which type that you have now, maybe it’s Continuous. Tried to change the Media type Continuous then apply restart the printer. Hope it’s will work. Feel free to contact me.
