First of all, I can't imagine how much work you had to do for this video, from translating everything to the content of the video, but I can see all the fruits of your labor. The video is so entertaining and enjoyable that time passed so fast.
Life can get harder and difficult, as humans, we tend to fall into bad habits and start doing things that normally we wouldn't do. I think that is our mind and body's response to the stressful times we are going through. Life would be so easy if we could incorporate good habits like we do with the bad ones 😂
But, as you like to say, "passo dopo passo" or "step by step" for our international friends, we can eliminate them and start building the good habits again.
Non so perché, ma ho voluto scrivere il commento in inglese. Forse volevo seguire il flow del video. Ricordati ci sta avere momenti no, l'importante è rialzarsi sempre (momento cringe finito 😅). Ti auguro un buon rientro in Italia.
