No one in Hashira level can beat Kokushibo the twin of the first breath user, in there fight he forfeited that battle because he come into realization how evil he became during the fight and let the hashira's do him the favor of beheading him already.
Iguro, Gyomei, Sanemi, and arguably Giyuu can beat Kokushibo
A team without Tanjiro fighting Upper Moon 1 is a losing team.

Didn't Koku only regret after he realize he can't regenerate his head the second time? Demon slayer fanbase really has some weird Mandela effect right there.
P.s: Before anyone want to argue with me, please read again chapter 176 carefully. Unlike Akaza, Koku regen slowed down after first time he got beheaded due to red blade's effect. Koku got distracted by the reflection and Muichiro's red blade, which resulted in Koku being decapitated the second time. This time he couldn't regenerate and start to regret as he faced death (for 2 chapters more LOL, probably the reason people got confused that he gave up).

He didn’t die there either, he had like 3 lives, each making him more and more powerful, he died when he saw in sanemi’s blade reflection and thought of his past. He was stunned by his memory and with the red blade restraining his healing factors, Gyomeo blows kokushibo’s head off AGAIN. now with that, he couldn’t heal since the red blade restrained his healing factors which he then turned to ash and ascended.
oh frl? I thought it was a suicide like with Akaza since he saw his reflection and saw the one of a monster instead of the one of great samurai. I thought he just lost the will to live.
@@uchiwamadara4614 I believe he stopped regenerating his body after seeing yoriichi and his memories, but of course, the red blade did hamper his regenerative capabilities. The red blade is supposed to prevent demons from regenerating their heads, but it didn’t stop Kokushibo, so he likely allowed his body to crumble after he regenerated his head.
@@ShadeBolte0n the red blade slowed down the regeneration as per the manga so he could have grown his head but it would have taken time and due to his past memories he kinda gave up
it is shown that his body crumbled from the spot muichiro stabbed him, gyomei beheading him didn't do shit to kokushibo, but michiro's red blade did it all and became the reason of kokushibou's death and still people think muichiro didn't do nothing in the fight, while the battle was won because of muichiro.@@ShadeBolte0n
