Ingredients:
1cup - Vegetable Oil
1tbsp - Lemon Juice
1tsp - Salt
1 - Egg
1/2cup - Powdered Sugar
1/4-1/2cup - Evaporated Milk
1-2tsp - Rice Vinegar or Vinegar of choice
