After finishing reading David Gogginsns book “Can’t hurt me” it gave me a mindset shift. The Goggins Effect. It made realize that we can go way beyond our limits and beyond what we think we can achieve.
So for the upcoming 2 weeks I’ve decided to go beyond my limits by challenging my self for 2 weeks. In this video I’m going to show you how I’m exactly setting, planning and achieving my goals in only 2 weeks. A step by step guide to everyone that wants to achieve something in life.

2 weeks challenge 14 days
Sleep:
Go to bed at 21:00 everyday
Except when I have late team training 22:30
Wake up at 06:30 everyday except when fasting
When fasting I wake up before Fajr
Running: 14 days
5-10km:
First 5 days 5km run everyday - 25min
Second 5 days 7km run everyday - 35min
Last 4 days 10km run everyday - 50min
400m sprints: 6 days
First week:
1 day 400x4 Rest 1min between every rep - 12min
2 day 400x6 Rest 2min between every rep - 24min
3 day 400x8 Rest 3min between every rep - 40min
Second week:
1 day 400x10 Rest 4min between every rep - 60min
2 day 400x8 Rest 3min between every rep - 40min
3 day 400x6 Rest 2min between every rep - 24min
Stairs sprints: 6 days
First week:
1 day 2x4 Rest 1min between every rep - 16min
2 day 2x6 Rest 2min between every rep - 30min
3 day 2x8 Rest 3min between every rep - 48min
Second week:
1 day 2x6 Rest 2min between every rep - 30min
2 day 2x8 Rest 3min between every rep - 48min

Content creation:

Goals in 2 two weeks:

4. Organize my phone

If I don’t achieve my goals (punishment):
The punishment is me shaving my hair bold
If I fail to complete 10/12 of my goals above
I need to shave my hair bold
If I skip a rep, set, workout or a training session
I need to shave my hair bold
