It’s weird that she told her sister not to condemn her but then condemned her then went to say even more like you wouldn’t even be sent home on a plane as if they dishonored their entire family line. That was extra not classy.

And Traci was caring for her son who had juvenile arthritis. Or else I feel she would of employed her. Truth is it's hard working with Family cause they expect special treatment. She was just tired and wanted to hire people who would actually listen.

@Cali Classic I selfishly want the show back but more than anything want them to get real off camera therapy and healing.
The audition itself was unprofessionally handled so it wasn't just the girls..
There should have been a set requirement for women around Toni's height (which made no sense because her sisters are very tall) and a requirement for any woman auditioning to maybe have a background in the church if she wanted real soulful powerful singers that can keep up with runs and give it back to her
It's better to allow an open cast so she had more to choose from. With all those requirements, she would have had a limited pool of ladies. The height thing probably came into play after she saw what she had to work with.
The height thing sounded like a BIG excuse... Some of the ladies were in 3 inch heels.... Isn't Towanda really tall? Make it make sense.

I think it’s because since Trina and Towanda are her sisters, she went along with them being as tall as they are. But since she was looking for new singers, she wanted to have women that meet her “requirements”. And one of those requirements was for them to be in her height range.

Toni said if a background singer refused to sing what she wanted, she's sending them home. Tamar refused to do all type of stuff for Toni and kept her job. Sister privilege. 🤷♀️
@@badgyrl310 mom enforced the sister privilege. Toni had been not wanting to work with them but Evelyn manipulated her into thinking she HAD to bring her sisters along. It would have been a HUGE issue had she fired them beforehand. Especially Tamar. They all in reality had other endeavors so letting them go now (at that time) was no big deal.
Traci is/was my favorite Braxton! Your would say whatever came to her mind, also she was the funniest sister!!! RIP TRACI!!!!!

It’s not disrespectful, it’s just not done. When your auditioning for a singer, unless they tell you it is ok to sing someone else’s song, then you obviously sing their song because that’s what you would be singing if you’re on the road with them
