- Quick walk around and ride on my partners new 2021 Honda CB125F. Trying out the media mod on the GoPro 10. I expected the audio to be a bit better but maybe it would be more noticeable with a louder bike. Experimenting with camera angles using gopro clamp mount. Might do some maintenance videos on this bike when it's due a service.

Hi, nice video! can you tell me the tire brand? how do they behave? (especially when it rains). Thank you very much!
CST is the brand. I've never had an issue with grip in the dry or wet.
Nice ride !
How does it handles during rain please ? I heard the equipped tires on the previous model of this bike were pretty slippy during rain, is it the case with yours ?
Thanks in advance for your answer, and keep up the good work :)
Thank you!
I don't think I'm an experienced enough rider to offer an explanation on tyres. I think the most important thing is to not ride hard until you have heated the tyres. I've rode in the rain but not a lot.
This is my girlfriends first motorbike. We rode for hours in the rain a couple of weeks ago and she didn't complain at all about slipping.
@@vrum497 Okay !
I too believe it's important to let the tires heat up, as it gives you a bit more grip (which we obviously need during the rain).
Good news for the tires issue then ! I've heard some people slipped and fell off because of the previous ( "Contigo!" ) tires tires so I was a bit worried about it.
Tyvm for your quick answer by the way :)
@@Dovahkings no worries!
We just need too know our bikes/tyres limitations and not push too hard.
Is this motorcycle okay, or i should save money for the CB125R? Now I'm riding 50cc motocycle.
Depends on how long you plan to keep the 125cc bike. If you are only using it for a while before upgrading just get the cheapest option. Or think about a Honda Msx125 (Grom) The only trouble with that bike is you won't want to get rid of it once you own one!
come vanno le gomme sul bagnato ?
I cannot say. I have not been in any heavy rain. Only slightly damp roads.
@@vrum497 grazie
How tall are you?
5ft 9" / 180cm

I sat on a cb125 f a few days ago . I'm 6ft3'' . My knees are being pushed (protruding) on the widest edge of the tank. I think an upholsterer can help me there. In order to move a bit back on the seat. Thanks for your answer.

I like it but seeing how it picks up speed up to 80km/h I think my Honda PCX125 is alot faster. But still, This CBF makes for an amazing work horse
A noble steed
Is the speedo in km or miles .
Never mind realised it’s km.
330km on a full tank is not great fit this bike .
205 miles on a full tank ?
11litre tank = 2.4 imperial gallons
Claimed (by Honda)188 mpg .
Reality is probably around 145-160mpg so around 330 miles to a tank is what I’d expect or I’d be dissatisfied
I meant I had done 330km so far. It had just gone on too the last bar on the petrol gauge, so there was more to go. Also I wasn't riding economically.
@@stefanwakeman9419 Honda said it's ~1.5L/100Km (~60 miles) and some people managed to do it while riding "economically", so riding normally I'd expect more in the 2L/100Km range which is around 650km (400 miles) with a fuel tank ? I plan on buying one in the next few months, so I'll tell you more about it as soon as I get it.
@@Dovahkings yes exactly my point as I had the older version that I worked out averaged 115mpg .
I’d expect the newer bike to do at least 140-150mpg if Honda claim 188mpg
400 to a tank (11litres would be where I’d expect . But no one can confirm this yet although I’ve read that 2Lper km
Is harder to get under in the real world which is around the 125-135mpg range .
Not far off the previous model .
So the overall saving is tiny if this is the reality.
I hope it can do 150mpg + as I’d get one
@@Dovahkings got an update for us?
poor bike, she suffers with this beginner lol
do you even have a bike smart guy?lol
