Just finished a project where I experienced that 'stay focused' moment. Cutting a bunch of same pieces my thoughts started to wander. I said to myself STOP! pay attention. 40+ years in the shop and it can still happen. Thanks for the reminder. Everyone stay focused.
A ton of great, fundamental shop tips! Even as someone who's spent a lot of time 'in the shop', it is great to be reminded like this. Especially like the 'stay focused' tip when repeating a task. Many shop tools would just love chewing you up if you let your mind wander!! I will say that the way you switch between science units and freedom units is a bit unnerving! But, I will stay subbed. :-)
