Could you show us how to build under the Sandbox Island map? I want to create a separate area encased in a room, but the ground in the water is a major obstacle. I remember the flooding home video where we can move builds under the map and past this ground, but the problem is accessing it. There is no way to delete the sea floor or even make a small hole to access anything built underneath.
