Was your water npower separate? I've been looking at their rental houses their are communal pools n gym worth outlook of the mountains for around 298 to 578. I'm excited to come there on education visa to learn language and culture first .
I p;lan on being here long term so I checked this place out right after seeing your video. Sadly, there is nothing available...too bad, I could live here for months on end.
That place is great. I'm renting a 10K baht motel 6 type in Old City. Just put a deposit on a bigger place also for 10K but no view. Do they still have vacancy and do they have contracts or is it month to month?
really good price, just before you don't want to live anywhere else for that price, you're too good in chiang mai, it's been a long time since you've done anything
I dealt directly with the ladies in reception office downstairs. Each condo has an individual owner that sets his own individual price based on the size and quality of their condo. I viewed 3 condos in this building which were completely different in size and design.
You mean like an oversupply of housing? Your comment makes absolutely 0 sense without the additional context of the overall condo occupancy rate in that portion of the city. Did you look that up? Doubting you did - but maybe?
Nice to see you again! Cheers from Texas. I miss CM
That's an awesome deal. Thank you for sharing.
This will be the first place i try to rent. Is this a short term or long term price? Thanks for sharing!
Amazing stuff - Outstanding 🎅👌😃🙏
This is amazing! I'm ready to move today
did you do it?
Ill take it but how far is it from public transportation and how much is a local bus ride?
incredible location too.. short walk from nimman area
What a view !!! ….and what a price !
I'm guessing you'll need a car or a scooter to get around. Or is there public transportation available there.

Water and power are always separate when renting a condo/serviced apartment in Thailand.
Nice I love it
Absolutely but I want to live near the ocean or at least walking distance

Who did you talk to for your room?

I just rented a place here as of Jan. 15th for 7500 thb. It was originally going for 8000 thb but he lowered it. Still a good price though.
Even for 8k thats 230usd its dirt cheap. I would take it. U rent per month or for whole year?
@@DarkoFitCoach 6 month contract
I went to the rental office. Lady showed me a room smaller than your room for 7k/year. She said only one left (I’m sure she lied)
U got shafted mate.
Seems unbelievable that they offered you the same rate per year he is paying per month!
Where you been cmon
Super good deal! I know that place as I sometimes ate Tiramisu & drank coffee outside at the small place in front.
Is all the furniture included?
yes, the fridge, bed, tv and cabinets were all included.
@@esqunltdclips thanks.
you wont believe it but at 2004 my first time to thailand i had a thai girlfriend that used to live at a condo on this building
Not the best but the price is on point!
Low cost, few renters= something really wrong
Nah, over saturation of
condos / accommodation... I wouldn't pay these prices.. Can easy get a nice condo $150-$200 / month..
*Crap Game* 🎉
