a reminder that healthy gaming habits includes finding an appropriately supportive and adjustable chair to sit in! ◡̈ if not this chair, i’d still recommend considering ergo office chairs for maximum comfiness at your setup, even if it doesn’t fit the “gamer aesthetic” (but idk if you care about that or not)

Good posture is not a myth, but it's as close as it will be. You can't be an immobile, ramrod, straight, salt statue, you can afford some more strange positions. The point is having also a good chair that will support you in those stranger positions.

Have you ever tried the Herman Miller Aeron? If so how does it compare to the Embody?
yes i have tried the aeron before! i can't make direct comparisons for a variety of reasons, but let's just say the gaming embody is my favorite chair so far haha
@@nemuiatelier thanks for the reply. I've had my aeron for like 5 years at this point but always think there could be a better chair out there as I do like to slouch a little which you can't really do in an aeron

I mean the gameplay looks SO crisp, I'm not sure if it's framerate or?
It's a combination of good colors and smooth frame rates. HDR displays do wonders for the colors of a game.

my current monitor is 1440p, OLED and 175hz! it's the samsung odyssey g8 oled if you're in the market for a great monitor :)
