- Both Fast Tracking and Crashing are concepts of project management to do schedule compression. In fast tracking we make sequential activities at critical path in parallel. It may increase risk factor and rework because we overlook dependencies between activities.
In crashing the resources are increased which eventually increased the cost of a project. Due to which Crashing is expensive

You're very welcome!
thanks for your video, very helpful information
Thank You - nice explanation.
Thanks sir it's very nice easy & simplified , but who will decide to crash or fast track ? If we have problems from sponsor or from our delaying ?
really clear explanation
Good Explanation
Great explanation !!! But need one clarification. In crashing, more resources are added for schedule compression, whereas Fast tracking more activities are done in parallel, my question is in Fast tracking, if i have just 1 resource how can multiple task be completed in parallel...Consider 8 hrs * 5 days are estimated for 1 person..do we expect resources to work more hours to work in Parallel ?
Would it be that fast tracking is not possible in that case?
