If you pay that much for nail polish, I don't think needing three coats is acceptable. Essie, for example, costs way less and does a better job. For his price point, the quality should be way higher - otherwise this is just glorified merch.
Expensive nail polish doesn't necessarily mean 1 coat nail polish babes
when the quantity of coats became the element of deciding that nail polish is good or not?
@@boyarkinagi She clearly said that it was streaky and therefore requires more coats to look even on the nail. if it was just translucent, kinda jelly, it wouldn't be as much of an issue, but this is unacceptable for such a price point.

I never understand the outrageous prices these celebrities want. They have money right? Why do they need to charge so much for a select few when they can have reasonable prices that appeal to the masses?
The celebrities do not want the money, most of the time it's the people they are working with who take advantage of the fame and of a dedicated fanbase that the celebrity has. Worst part of it all is they get away with it 🙄

But I gotta say, that’s the price you pay when making clothing ethically. 100 % cotton, 50 % recycled and MADE in LA. I do like the sound of that, maybe everyone who actually participates in making these garments gets a fair salary and good workin conditions.
I can understand the clothing being expensive with the quality, and being made ethically. But the nail polish prices and the candle prices are insane. $80 for 1 CANDLE! That’s crackhead prices lol
Pleasing also donates a certain percentage of each collection to charity. On the do better tab of their website it will tell you each charity that was chosen for each collection launched.
Wool is naturally water repellent, dirt resistant, anti microbial, breathable, warm, fire retardant and a renewable resource. It will also last 10 times longer than cotton and 20 times longer than polyester. Lambs wool is from a sheep's first sheer so it is softer than normal. I hope I remembered all my wool fun facts. That is a fancy ass sweater and the price is comparable to other lambs wool sweaters.

@@reafinleyto be honest, they would. Harry has a really dedicated fan base and they’re mainly the cool white kids that shop at Urban Outfitters who also sell candles for $60-$80 bucks lol. I don’t understand it but in this trendy social media culture, people will buy it just to say they have it.
I'm one of harry's die hard fans. Love him so much but these prices are not it. Ever since the brand launched 2 years ago I've been telling my friends that the prices are way too high for nail polish and sweatpants and a tote.

I got the same nail polish set when it first launched and it hurt seeing you open it wrong LOL! It was supposed to flip up like the serums and reveal a sleek interior!!!

I’m such a huge Harry fan so seeing someone talk about Pleasing made me so happy!! It’s so expensive but I honestly think the quality is amazing. I have a few nail polishes, some skincare, a fragrance, a t shirt, beanie and the beautiful knit sweater and I honestly love it all

How can you rate candles without lighting them? From my experience, only good quality candles actually release their scents when lit. Majority of them lose their scent, or don’t smell anything when lit…

Agree. I do think you have to burn a candle for several hours before you can accurately rate it…unless you hate the scent.

You can technically rate them on cold smell but I'm agreeing. I also have a candle business; I try to keep mine pretty uncomplicated but still very high quality. (A lot of fancy candles smell awful to me. I wanted the "omg that smells delicious" type of reaction from people though. I did a lot of research.)
My $2 wax melts from Walmart have a strong scent. I'll stick with them 😂

I think the prices are high because of the well paid labour and extremely ethical sourcing of raw products and ingredients they source. They also partner up with a cause for each of their launches. A pretty great and green company tbh😍 great to see you review pleasing🥰

as a broke harry STAN i have been wanting the nail polishes, the hoodies and the beach bag since he announced them 😩 u are my absolute favourite reviewer of products lol so it was just as fun watching u open them
As a harry Stan too who has some of the nail polishes, they are not worth it. Yes the design is pretty with the cute round tops but the quality is not it.

You could use the mesh bag for doing laundry. You’re “supposed” to put like your lacy clothes and bras in mesh bags to prevent them from ripping

I bought my eldest daughter 24 yrs old last week, one of his nail varnishes for Christmas only 1 because they were like £20 each 😮 and shipping even in the UK was expensive I would have loved to buy her the hoodie and socks but honestly his prices are so high. £75 for 4 polishes but the 1 did come with nail stickers 😅 so you can imagine the prices on larger items. But she was just happy I got something from his brand pleasing, bc she's been a fan since his one Direction days😅 but no she's a massive fan so I wouldn't know anything about the quality of the clothing but it was good to see this review, bc I love your channel ❤❤😊
