All In was technically a Ring of Honor ppv. They did All Out because AEW didn't own the rights to All In
They do now because Tony bought ROH
Nah, it is an independent PPV funded by Cody and Bucks, ROH just has the rights to the PPV.
It was completely independent from any promotion
It was Kenta because he had the briefcase with a IWGP US title match and Moxley was the IWGP US champ at the time
I was thinking Jeff Cobb in 2020, but he wasnt officially signed to New Japan at the time

As a big AEW fan who got every answer right when I did these questions I was so happy to see some aew stuff even in their short history. Definitely one of my favorite video series on CZcams right now.

The first NJPW star to appear on AEW television was technically Hiroshi Tanahashi in a tribute video for Chris Jericho, prior to their match at WrestleKingdom I believe, but the first one to actually be at the show was KENTA

I was at the first All Out show live too for the first Title match. Page came out on a horse and the horse slipped and almost busted its ass. It was a great show.
Best quiz yet, I got every single one but the tallest wrestler cause I was thinking about the huge Indian basketball player they signed recently.
I was at the first AEW show live. Hangman won the ladder match and Kip Sabian won the first actual singles match after. Both on the pre-show.
I did pretty good on this. I remember a lot about AEW

All In was the first ever AEW ppv but it was before AEW so it's not really considered an AEW ppv
It was an ROH show, that's why they called the yearly PPV All Out and not All In, because ROH had the trademark on that name (even though now that's not an issue anymore)

I'm not really playing along as I only watched a few months then nothing for a few years until January. But I still knew more lol.
Uno and Grayson are number 1 and 2 in the dark order because they were the first two members. This also is a reference to their former names player uno and player dose from when they were known as super smash bros. Also jungle boy had the most matches, and as a result was the first wrestler to get 50 wins in AEW.

The pillars thing always upsets me because hangman is most definitely one and probably the strongest pillar. Won the first match ever, first championship match, and is the first world champ out of the bunch of the originals.

"All-In" was like a precursor to AEW, but wasn't technically AEW. ROH actually had the video rights to it until Tony Khan bought ROH.

I would've gone with Hangman vs Danielson because it was 60 minutes but I didn't because I thought Danielson did the same thing with Kenny on Dynamite Grand Slam and the question said the longest and it can't be the longest if it tied with another match

Fair point: I have watched 9 straight AEW PPVs and have seen ONE WWE PPV in the last 6 years (WM this year, actually).
I've purchased 5 of them and watched, literally, hundreds of hours of AEW shows since their inception.
But I also watch the Dark / Elevation shows and have a stupidly long memory for useless facts.
It probably helps that my boss is a pretty big AEW fan and we talk about the shows for like a half hour the next day.
Not sure how this would work, but I think it would be cool to get subscribers doing wrestling trivia with you guys! Like a zoom recording with John and Dante and like 2 other viewers
