Bheeshma is definitely an Amal Neerad tribute to godfather. Amal Neerad films has its own quality (iyyobinte pusthakam with Fafa) is the best movie of his so far...bit bheeshma ...guys u have to see this in theatres... although this is a typical gangster Amal Neerad film, the making,Bgms music , acting,style all stood out. Even if u are a foreigner u can feel goosebumps in each frames especially with the Bgms ...Mammookka nailed it, soubin and shine Killed it...Over all a good theatre experience .Aaand for your next Malayalam film i suggest parava directed by Soubin Shahir himself😉
Because of the cultural difference and how usually stories are set in Hollywood and Malayalam film industry I'm slightly scared that you guys will dislike it just because of the first half where characters are established... 😅 Malayalam film industry tends to take time when it comes to character development...
Also audience of other film industries tend to dislike the style because in most of the cases the hero of their movies are born rebels and doesn't have any story or logic behind why the character is the way he is... 😬 And so they expect the same from any movies they watch...
