Those days people in our country wasn’t that into western songs and whoever knew wasn’t able to expose cause these people were too powerful and threatening. "Ek pal ka jeena" was never credited to Rajesh Roshan. I have an original CD which shows the music credits. The song was composed and sung by one and only Lucky Ali!

Its not about supporting RR. When said about plagiarism, then ek pal ka jeena is not plagiarized. And wht she will get by advocating RR. Half of the bollywood music directors relied on world music for their bread butter.
Its just that we not listening to world music and them studying world music like anything and traveling the world and using it here.

yes .....the tunes are not original. but the songs u mentioned are massive hits. and 90 % of the credit goes to the music director and the singers.......for turning them into hits that we listen to even today. they have surpassed the originals in terms of fame and popularity.
