My brother worked at the cement plant for about twenty five years. He was one of the last to loose his job. My step dad Ted Wojan owner of Bay Shore Steel helped with the demolition of the plant. As a kid growing up in Petoskey my friends and I collected Petoskey stones at the cement plant.
