- In this episode I check out four different Fender accessories. The Fatfinger, the Infinity Strap Locks, the brand new Amperstand, and lastly the Musicians Earplugs. I run them through their paces over a few days, then compile it into a digestible 13 minute video. Hope you enjoy it!

Your channel is very educational .😎👍🏾
Thanks!
The Amperstand looks & works similar to the StewMac Pocket Stand.
Hell yeah finally someone else loves Lock it straps!
Yeah! Lock It help Rock It! 😜
I remember seeing the "Fatfinger" in the '90s ut instead of a clamp, I was a brass plate that was supposed to screw onto the back of the headstock. Sounds like a great way to get neckdive in an otherwise balanced guitar...
I never bought one
You're not missing out, from what I can tell! Hahaha
I bought a Fat Finger many years ago. I never tested it out on any graphs or circuits, but to the ear I could never tell a difference. Best test is just to strum a chord and let it sustain out.
Yeah. It’s not a great device in my testing. It seems to me to be more dependent on the guitar for sustain than an added device.
The fat finger doesn't work but here's something that does and is cheaper.
Attack a small aluminum dog bowl to the headstock' attach one in-between the rear strap button and body and the most important one.... Attach one in between the tone control knob and tone control pot.
You can turn your solid body guitar into a tricone resonator guitar.
What do you think' video?
Haha. Nice!
I don't think it's a glass holder..vibration from a loud amp with knock it over...more for picks I'm guessing
I tend to agree, but the marketing team at Fender says otherwise. 😂 Thanks for checking it out!
Amperstand looks like a complete bust, which was my first thought when I saw it on their site. Def needs a redesign, and that "sticky" stuff being trusted to hold everything in place is 100% sketch. I see broken guitars and amps covered in beer. Take the "L" Fender
I agree! I wanted to like it, but just seems like a money grab.
This "fat finger" attachment is one of the biggest scams that I ever saw...
I haven’t been impressed with it. 🤘🏽
