I still cannot believe the perseverance it took to go out there and do what you did, what you always do. You’re a proper example for all the youngsters and older folks who might still think so rigidly about mental health. Keep it up Paddy!

As a survivor of suicide attempts the best thing paddy said was when he opened up about his dark thoughts. When I see people like him and Tyson fury have thought about suicide it makes me realise I’m not weak. It can happen to anyone. Thank you paddy

It's been 2 years of pain, growth and learning but I am so thankful and more aware than ever.
