Great for Valentine's Day
Natasha Thanks for linking the KitchenAid attachment because my 2 Stand Mixers desperately need it!
Being Italian we make homemade pasta a lot and it is a big difference from store bought. My Nonna and mom did the flour well but as she got older she started mixing the dough and knead a bit in a food processor which I now do. Like you I make extra a freeze it freezes so well. Hope others will try your recipe they will be ever so grateful.

Loved your recipe how-to videos! You're so sweet and courteous and the videos are perfectly timed!! Grabs my attention watching you work. We are so fortunate to learn from you a talented baker-chef! Million dollar worth of effort and presentations! Bless your generous heart, take time for electric massager treatments to restore tired mental and physical muscles from head to toes!!
That's dedication ❤

When I was a Kid 50 years ago I Loved eating Plain Buttered Spaghetti. Since its always with a Sauce. I Have to go Plain again...😊❤
You are incredible❤thank you, thank you for this recipe... I am a favorite fan of pasta, thank you for explaining in detail I will try it this weekend, thank you ❤
I have an old wooden clothing rack (for drying delicate hand washables) I sanitize it, and let it dry completely. Then I lay my cut pasta over the bars to dry. (or you can use clothes hangars to dry your noodles. Put plastic wrap on the bars so the pasta doesn't stick) No need to add more flour to the cut pasta. The bundles come off the rack completely dried with bend in the middlle and will fit sideways into a large plastic baggie for the freezer, or into a tall container in the pantry. You can also use the wide flat pieces for ravioli. Just lay them on the counter, put dabs of filling down the length (if it's wide, do two rows) then lay another long pasta on top of the whole thing and cut squares. Don't forget to seal the edges. These you'll want to freeze if you are not cooking them right away.
woww I'm 67y and thanks to you, my weekly menu goes up a few notch! Also, I did'nt know the existence of this attachment. It's like: back to school with Natashas. Thanks again!

Hi. Natasha. I missed the live chat. But after watching this, it's time to learn how to make homemade pasta. I love to eat homemade made pasta. Before my dad passed away, he made homemade pasta. And I miss the taste.
Thank you. Love your show.
Bella fettuccine , lo adoro

I love homemade pasta…
I’m not intimidated by home made pasta anymore 😊
Thank you so much for sharing!
Beautiful hair btw , a fortunate husband in your home
Yum, yum! Homemade pasta! You reminded me of my grandma making homemade noodles for my dinner! It's great how you don't have to buy them in stores to save time and money. I like egg based noodles because they're delightful. You can use this pasta for different variations. My favorite ones are spaghetti with meatballs and chicken parm on spaghetti with red sauce. They are so mouth-watering. Overall, most of your pasta recipes taste amazing! Oh, and speaking of, you are qualified to work at any Italian restaurant that has pasta as one of the items on the menu, lol. Happy Valentine's 💕 day, and see you tomorrow!
Thank you for your kind words. I hope you’ll enjoy this recipe, Happy Valentines day!
So easy to make pasta
Can you come up with a recipe for making home made German Spaetzle?
I remember my mom making homemade noodles and putting butter, cracker crumbs and Parmesan, mmm yum😋 She didn’t have but her hands for the entire process
semangat👍
what do you prefer the thickness to stop at for Spagetti noodles? Can we supplment the italian flour with like a wheat flour to make it healthier? I need something for diabetics, and weight loss / PCOS
Edit: do we also dust with wheat flour instead of the other one you use if we use wheat flour to make it?
👌
Delish
Just saw sharky while you were speaking..😊 great recipes for making homemade pasta...❤❤❤
I would love a pasta machine.
Can I use a stand up mixer for mixing the dough?
I used to make pasta with my Littles and would roll the past up like cinnamon rolls and cut with a knife. Kids would unroll and places on oven rack to dry. Such great memories. 35 years ago in Boise.

😋
❤
Hi Natasha I cant wait for this awesome recipe. Please can you send me the link to the recipe❤❤❤
I love homemade pasta, but I think I'll just buy it. Looks fun though.
I have a request, Natasha
Can you make something with lemons and fresh mint!?
i love your energy in the kitchen. i love people that are passionate especially about cooking. i have been cooking for many years and make just about everything homemade plus growing my own garden. love your show.
Reminds me on days when my grandmother made noodles. No machine- only her hands and a knife ( for cutting) :-))
Since I use store bought dry pasta (I'm a bad boy) it will never look as good or tastes as good as your homemade. I use mixed color pastas periodically. Even use Chinese and Japanese noodles which works for me. Enjoyed the video thank you.
Looks really amazing, the place where I can think of on the right at the bottom, where you can see a little gray piece popping in out a few times underneath the pasta rollers could be sharkie? 😂
You just made the REAL Italian fettuccine alfredo. 😊
Well new subscriber here... I've been a subscriber of your website for a while and only just the video in your newest email and here I am lol. Have a wonderful day and thank you for sharing.
