I have put the gray guns, flat, trigger and short reset in all my
p30 LEM
Mine started out life as a "Sky Marshall" model in .40. 1st thing I did was nix the LEM for V1 with all match parts, I just upgraded to the new firing pin & safety block to accommodate the GG short reset kit. So I don't have my internals nickel plated, but I did smooth & polish everything. Just bought a TLR and I'm replacing the tired night sights with a Meprolight bullseye! Oh and I do have a jet funnel and run VP40 mags...

I did the GG on my carry P30SK LEM and that short reset is SICK!!! Game changer for sure.
Also if anyone has trouble with their double action first shot (DA/SA), I suggest learning to shoot a revolver proficiently....then you'll have two handgun skill sets and no issue with that first shot you hate..
I had James do a P30 and P30L both LEM, with the Gray Guns short reset and flat trigger. Love them. I had Lazy Wolf do a few P30’s and those are great too!
All of my hammer fired H&K's are LEM. I put the Gray Guns Flat trigger and Short Reset in my P30L, P30SK, & P2000SK. I also added the HK45C Mag release to my USP45 & P2000SK. I didn't add it to my USP9T. I was told not to because that gun uses Polymer magazines and it will cause wear on the magazine notch. I wish Gray Guns would make a Flat Trigger for the full size USP. Their website says the are planning on it but no idea when. Great Video!
I’m absolutely waiting for that to be released, but it will be into my full size USP 40 and remain DA/SA but carried condition 1.
Yeah I have lem usp40 couldn’t go back to none lem unless I’m going with I got mine as a used federal bureau n the fact these have the match trigger spring aswell n a stock da/sa usp is gritty n long in comparison
Willieb, are you happy with the GG flat triggers and short reset triggers? If you don't mind, which SK do you prefer, P30SK or P2000SK? Thanks in advance!
Very happy with the flat triggers and short resets. When shooting the stock P30SK my trigger finger rubs down against the bottom of the trigger guard groove near the mag release paddle. The straight trigger and short reset eliminates that because the trigger fires at a 90 degree angle instead of back against the frame. It’s hard to pick between the two. P2000SK conceals easier and feels smaller. P30SK is more ergonomic with the contoured grip. Both conceal and shoot great. I have a C&G kydex IWB holster for both. Great holster company.

Changed my p2000sk to oversized mag release, caused the mag to come out with every shot.
Another good video Steve, you've really got me thinking about putting that flat trigger into at least on of my LEM pistols. The HK45c mag release is a super easy part swap (if you can find them) to both the P2000 and USP9c. I did have to relieved the outer edges of mine with sandpaper as they were rubbing my knuckles.

A LB-Enigma-compatible AIWB holster that would accommodate the GG&G and a TLR7 (A or sub) is a must-have. Any ideas?
I’ve used the LEM triggers before a couple times on a family member’s issued P2K 40 and I’m just not a fan. My personal USP full size 40 has stayed in cocked and locked essentially since I got it 22yrs ago. I am however interested in this set up for when the full size variant becomes available and to put it into my DA/SA gun.

Must be me. Please send me information for him. Instagram doesn't seem to love just now. Just ordered an H&K USP Compact and all the parts. My type of gun at my age. The gun will be brought into the 2023 era for me.
Are these trigger upgrades recomended for concealed carry?

Probably not. The LEM is very easy conversion. If You can detail strip a USP then you can complete an LEM install. It’s not overly complicated an and only requires some basic armorers tools. I converted to of my USP to the light LEM. Couple that with a Grey guns srt kit, reduced hammer spring, and the grey guns flat trigger it’s an amazing firearm.
@@woods9233 I ended up finding a 2016 version seven used which I believe will be heavy LEM. Hopefully I can convert it to lite LEM.
@@rhodycars6058 To convert your heavy to the LEM light you should only have to replace the trigger return spring. The light spring in the kit is a 4.5lbs spring and Should be a available on HK parts. Highly recommend you also get a 10lbs hammer spring which Will significantly improve the double action pull (would be rare/if you needed second strike).
