This is why these guys are lightyears above anyone else. Gone are the days when you hsve a 3 or 4 chord progression. They are MASTER guitarists and musicians. Sure, they experiment and find cool riffs, but still unparalleled. Hope to hear more soon! Rock on!
There are some ambient solos in some of their songs. But one has to acknowledge the fact that they only play parts which are pertinent in the context of the song.
Could have some facts mixed up, but I think Keshav, Devesh, and Eric have their own composing/producing projects that keep them busy. They already were without a permanent drummer when Aditya left and for a while I think Krishna was recovering from a hand injury. Hopefully they regroup and put out some new music in the near future. I felt like they really solidified their own identity with Eric, and I remember being really hopeful when I saw Keshav in videos for Neural DSP that new material want far off.

That little groove Devesh does at 1:07, lmao!!
I have been waiting so long for a solo, actually the only missing thing from Skyharbor. Love you guys.

Solos would make them more formulaic and conventional
sounds awesome!
This guy is TOO AWESOME!
Words can't even express how excited I am for a new album.
Keshav plays in Drop B and 7 string Drop A, Devesh plays in 7 string standard and 7 string Drop A.
What's the name of the song you guys are playing ? It's sexy
@0:06 my reaction when Keshav Dhar is writing a skyharbor song on 6 string. Now I just need the tuning so that I can Djent in peace xD
Holly poop purple music mans are beautiful!!!
Dayum, Son.
Can't fucking wait
Anyone know what tuning they play in?
what are all those trophies for? First prize in riff making? Air guitar? chuggachuggs??
Anybody know what specific Music Man John Petrucci model he's using in this video?
I would guess the JP13
JPX
What does the Elliot Coleman do in Skyharbor?
Universal Audio Apollo.
What piece of equipment is that on top of the Axe-Fx?
Sounds koo :)
Dat rumba shake at 1:11
in case (like me) anyone is wondering which song is this...its kaikoma
So Skyharbor is now a full band instead of Keshav writing and recording everything?
Isn't this kaikoma???
Yep!
you guys are serious next level! Please check out my band Red Light Sound. Love your sound guys - Ryan, Australia
sounds much less "tesseract-y". Not that I don't like TesseracT, i love em, but it's good to finally hear a more original sound :)
i'm almost sure its Dropped B
I have to disagree, I felt the last album showed off Skyharbor's unique style! Only "TesseracT-y" thing was vocals.
Whatever happened to these guys.
Fingers crossed they aren't done. They're an incredible band.
