Prince Singh Dont rev at high rpm also don't try to go speeds over 110kmph. 7-8k rpm should be your max rpm range. check the oil level. Oil in aifilter box ie less oil in engine. Disaster to happen some time later if ignored ( Engine Seizure)

I have a duke 200 i had the same issue but when i went to ktm service centre they told that the kit is to be changed and they charged 15000 ins to me so was that the same for you?

no the issue is solved but had to pay 15000 for it
+samani yash bro its happened when you fill more oil then the required in engine and when you pull you engine at high RPM for long time, in that situation just you need to clean the box and replace air filter, if any thing goes wrong more than this you need go with the suggestion of expert mechanic.

There can be oil in your air box through,over filling the engine with oil,the breath from the crankcase to the air box which will omit a fine mist of oil will start pushing oil as a liquid up the breath pipe and wetting and clogging the air filter.thanks for watching☺
