I've lived in FL. for 17 yrs and I just can't get over how lenient the police is here with everything. It is ridiculous how many people have rap sheet so long and they are still free.
Sounds like Ohio needs to file an extradition order for them to be picked up and returned to Ohio.
We are constantly being threatened by our garbage neighbors . Our property is pristine. I feel your frustration and pain.
You raise farm animals, you support and care for a child. Unfortunately, that is not what is happening with that child in their "care". That household is extremely disfunctional.
In order for him to be bright enough, a light bulb would need to be installed!!! As for him having sepsis, could it be from all of the trash and contamination on the property??

@debbivaughn1313 I was born and raised in Alachua County, and it used to be an awesome place to live...until bad leaders (if you can call them leaders) took over. Which is why we moved to the next county south. Marion, which so happens to be the county that's taking over the Levy Cty case.

I'm really unhappy with FL NOT inforcing the law. I was going to vote for the Gov. of FL when he was running for President but after seeing how he governs the state of Florida I'm glad he is now out. Very disappointing.
Those that hate you are just jealous of you Jeremy. You have worked hard to get where you are, lazy people will bad mouth those that are affluent, I know. The attitude of “You are rich so why can you not give to me..”. I will help genuine people, happy to. But not those that think you should help them.

Linette was able to get the Social Security Administration to classify the child as medically disabled and authorize a separate disbursement?
Being on SSDI, the money each of my children (under the age of 18) received an slice off my benefits. As, each reached the age of 18, their coverage was removed and I saw my monthly benefit increase.
So, the child isn't legally found as being disabled by the SSA, it's most likely two dubiously claimed incomes. In either case, I have no doubt Linette is misusing the distribution meant to be used on her "daughter" on herself and Cook.
They don’t take the PO seriously answering violations via Zoom. Maybe a false sense of no risk of punishment?

You would think after being found guilty once in Ohio, and now knowing that the protection order is now for 5 years, that they would move.
Hopefully this is a good “sign” that things will start moving forward and Levy County Sheriff’s Department will start doing there job. I don’t pretend to know the law in other states but do have knowledge in my county in SC. I hope Levy County starts doing the right thing from a legal standpoint now. Just the false reports recently made by LP about her own dogs should get her a misuse of police time . I know that’s not worded exactly right but I think you get what I’m saying . In the last 10yrs we had 2 men shot down in their own neighborhood due to negligence of police & sheriffs office ignoring problems filed by neighbors on a person renting in their neighborhood. Police failed to recognize he was a felon even tho he was shooting at cars. Wasn’t even supposed to have a gun. He’s in jail for life plus .
They should be investigated to determine if they properly care for the child! They only have the child to get the check she receives each month.

Yikes! It's going to be interesting when they have to go to Ohio for court. If they lose that case, and are fined AGAIN, and since they have no money, could they be jailed in Ohio? CPS would have to take over the custody of the child. I'm hoping the true family of the child are able to get custody of the child, whom they clearly love and want to support. She is just a paycheck to Lienette and Crook.
How does Crook and Lienette still get to carry a gun with a Civil Protection Order against them

I’m getting the feeling that Florida counties do what they want, when they want. We were considering some property in that county. I am kind of disappointed, & disgusted, among other things! (Property is for a motorhome to park for 1 to 3 months at a time.)
This is how I stumbled onto your CZcams channel. Thank goodness I did! We were going to stop a the campgrounds there in Otter creek on our way to clear water back in 22-23 because I love stopping in small towns and walking around an experiencing the area.

If they'd have simply just stopped with the cease and desist, NONE OF THESE CONSEQUENCES WOULD BE REALITY for them. She's gotten away with manipulating the court system, the disabilty and free hand-outs system, friends, family, and who knows what or who else for SO LONG that she thought she'd continue to be able to do so, but she FINALLY messed with THE WRONG ONE! Or RIGHT ONE, whichever way you want to look at!

Jeremy Florida will not arrest people in Florida with out of state misdemeanor warrants. They will not arrest them even with warrants in hand if they are out of state. Ohio will have to come get them their selves. They will not extradite on misdemeanor warrants
