මාරම වටින Podcast එකක්. මගේ යාලුවෙකුත් ඉන්නවා coffee shop එකක්දාන idea එකක. එයත් ඒ stranded වලට Coffee culture එකටම set වෙන විදියටම තමා plan කරන්නේ. එයාට සැහෙන්න ප්‍රයෝජනවත් වෙයි මේ podcast එක. ❤❤
කෝපි ගැන කතාකරද්දි, ලංකාවේ කෝපි ගැන සඳහනක්වත් නැති එක ලොකු අඩුවක් වගේ. ලංකාව කියන්නෙ කාලයක් ලෝකෙ ලොකුම කෝපි නිෂ්පාදන රටවල් තුන අතර හිටිය. 1800 ගනන්වල. කෝපි බීම කියන එක ලංකාවෙත් කාලයක් තිස්සෙ තිබුන දෙයක්. කෝපි ඇට වේලලා, අඹරලා ගෙදරම කෝපි හදාගන්න එක අපේ ආච්චිලා එහෙම කරපු දෙයක්. තේ වලින් ඒ පුරුද්ද සෑහෙන්න වැහිලා ගියා මං හිතන්නෙ.
දැන් ආපහු ලංකාවේ කෝපි ගැන පොඩි පිබිදීමක් තියනවා. හොඳ කෝපි නිෂ්පාදනය කරන්න පර්යේෂණ කරන අය කීපදෙනෙක් දැන් ඉන්නවා.
My office has a meeting called "Coffee and Conversation" every quarter. The idea of the meeting is for management to hear criticisms, such as inefficient processes, resource waste, redundant or useless work, reducing benefits, etc. There is no agenda. Sometimes, the discussion starts with Bitcoins or a movie as an icebreaker. It is an informal meeting, and participants can say anything without political correctness. All the VPs and above levels hear constructive criticism from the operational level. This meeting is a great "idea incubator."

My best coffee shop experience I ever had was in Uppsala Sweden. Not to boast here but, I became so emotional when I'm listening to this podcast as it reminds me of that small coffee shop. Thank you for the nice podcast.❤

මීට අවුරුදු 20කට විතර කලින් ලංකාවේ ඔය කොෆී ශොප් කියන ඒවා තිබුනේම නැති තරම්. මට මතකයි ඒ කාලේ කෝපි එකක් බොන්නට තරු පන්තියේ හෝටලයකට යන්න වෙනවා. ඒත් දැන් ලංකාවේ හුඟක් කොෆී ශොප් බිහිවෙලා. ඒවා කේටර් කරන්නේ නාගරික පොශ් පන්තියකට.
මට හිතාගන්න බැරි ලංකාවේ කොෆී කල්චර් එකට සාපේක්ෂව ටී කාල්චර් එක දියුනු නොවුනේ ඇයි කියලා. OGF එකේ Dilma තේ කඩයක් තිබුනත් ඒවගේ ටී ශොප් ව්‍යාප්ත වෙලා නෑ. කොහොමත් ලංකාවට වඩාත් ගැලපෙන්නේ ටී කල්චර් එක කියාලයි මටනම් හිතෙන්නේ.

Cafe infront of Nuwaraeliye Grand Hotel is one of my favorite coffee spots. But the sad thing is the staff has less understanding on this cofee vibe. They want us to leave the place as soon as we are done (specially if there are more foreigners). 😢
