I did Rinehart slip-ons and they sound amazing. My buddy went with V&H on his Heritage and they sound great too. I think stage 1 full exhaust is overrated IMHO. I've had the 2-1 and while there is "technically" more power it's not noticeable at all on the butt dyno and barely on the dyno sheets, assuming you use a high-flow AC like the LRS has stock. I had the TBR on my last bike and, maybe I'm getting old, but it was just too god damn loud, and I noticed zero power difference with the Rineharts. You can even do stage 2 with those slip-ons and a tuner. I will say a tuner, SE if you want to keep warranty or FP3 if you don't care, will help you eek out the last little bit with those. I believe with the competition baffles, V&H recommends a tune.
I have the same bike. When I put those Eliminator 300 slipons on, I had to use a block of wood and a plastic mallet. There was no way they were going on without it.
Now the Vance & Hines FP3.
Open up that air with a K&N filter.
Lay down license plate holder.

When you say un loosened I think that means your actually tightening. Un tightening means loosening.
Do the full exhaust. I installed a Two Bros racing Comp S exhaust, Harley Pro Street Tuner and Smart Auto Tune module. The bike is INSANE.
Even though you only installed Slip-on's, the bike is still running more lean than optimal. You would be best served with the HD Pro Street Tuner and Smart Auto Tune modules. The ONLY reason I suggest them, installing them will retain the HD powertrain warranty.
I went with a full TBR side dump and it sounds amazing but I do understand the $$$ thing...good video keep them coming.

Love the bike and the enthusiasm. The reason you can’t see through the stock exhaust is because they had the catalytic converters in them. Now that your exhaust is open, you’ll want to tune the bike. With a cat-less exhaust you want to stay away from the Harley tuner. I like the Fp3 for stage 1 applications and the Dynojet PowerVision if you’re gonna go higher. Keep in mind, the moment you do this, you warranty is gone unless you have a good relationship with your dealer. Still, I love that bike! Just stop revving it on a cold startup! Lol
fyi does not matter what relationship a dealer has people have jobs and employers and let me tell you i am a harley employee i am the inventory manager at my dealership and once you tune the bike with an aftermarket tuner HARLEY AUTOMATICALLY FLAGS YOUR VIN FOR WARRANTY VOID so yup doesnt matter how well you know the mechanics or service managers they are not gonna pay out of pocket for your engine rebuild etc
@@hadouke2050 well, I guess someone needs to have a talk with my dealer then. Because they recommended all of my aftermarket parts, stage II and otherwise, and then handled all of my warranty work. So, yeah.

If you’re going to get this type of bike you need to get the 2 into 1 exhaust full system open it up let it breath and tune it. Do it right bro she’s a beauty !

The only thing I don't care for on the lowrider s is the exhaust you cant put bags on because the pipes are so high on it.not a complaint just I like bags on every bike I've ever owned .I cut out the center of my pipes on my 2019 electra glide standard it makes a little bit of noise now

Having issues of the bottom pipe hitting the frame, my bottom pipe doesnt have an indent but the top does, seems like it should be switched around...

Remember, if you put the V&H FP3 Tuner, kiss your Warranty Goodbye. You can switch back to /stock settings, but I'm not convinced that when Harley plugs your bike in, they won't know you had a Tuner on there ??

Add a Stage 2 horsepower cam and you will see that thing really wake up!

@@KevinButler816 I put one in my 2018 Fat Boy and it pulls 112 hp and 121 ft-lbs of torque. It slightly surpasses a stage 3 kit with a much lesser cost.

@@KevinButler816 Harley's Pro Street Tuner and Auto Tuner. The Auto Tuner is a bonus because it adjusts the engine all time even in altitude changes. Drive coast to coast without the engine having a hiccup.

The quiet baffle works wonders. And you are absolutely right, for mid range, where HDs advantage is, it's best to have.

How many miles have you put on it? I'm surprised you don't get a check engine light without a tuner since the cats are in the mufflers.
Corey Schrader I have since added an FP3 BUT, I ran without it for about a 1400 miles.. zero issues whatsoever. Obviously can’t attest to longevity after that. But if you’re waiting on shipping for your tuner or saving up the shekels over a few weeks I’d say throw your muffs on and enjoy, you’ll be fine. Did 1000 of those miles in two days on the interstate 80+mph

Would be more complete if you did a ride-by so we can hear how they sound on the road and also some feedback on any flat spots, loss of power at certain revs (if any). There's more to life than pi$$ing off your neighbours (and me if I'm riding behind you) with stupid loud pipes.

@@Marvelkid87 You really should consider getting a Pro Street Tuner. The bike will not adjust to the more air flow.....just saying. My brother did the same on his Dyna Low Rider S and the exhaust constantly popped. He went with the HD tuner and that popping has disappeared.
