How much prior training did you do before doing this? I'm thinking of challenging myself with only half of murph per day for half a week to build up
i didn’t really do any murph specific training, but i was working out 3-4 times per week consistently for awhile before attempting it. i think that is a good challenge though. good luck!

Content is insane
but I’m pretty sure this is dangerous as working out every days breaks apart muscle fiber and tissue and to rebuild muscle a person needs rest and needs to heal so just be careful you aren’t doing more damage than good.
yeah you are definitely right. This is not a routine for building muscle but rather a test of mental strength. It definitely took a toll on my body and health and I would not recommend doing it long term.
@@GriffinMagleby yeah I’ve heard of this thing called cortical remodiling where you can constantly kick something and break your tibia or leg bone and when it heals it becomes harder and denser leading to it becoming hard as stone or even steel.
