First look at the MAXX FORCE COASTER TRAINS at Six Flags Great America!

- Tag along as I tour the #MaxxForce construction site at #SixFlagsGreatAmerica and get an up close look at the trains for the new launch coaster. We also talked with park president Hank Salemi about the progress on the construction and when the ride might open.

Proxima Midnight same, but if this is worse than raging bull I know I can’t do this, as raging bull was bad, but x flight is the best ride idk if this will take over x flight and it looks pretty fun!!!
Mystical Diamondash Well it’s hard to say, it should be the same close to the same speed as raging bull except, it will jerk you really fast from the start, but if you can take the x flight loops then you can take these loops

I work at Hometown Fun Machine which is right next to the Whizzer and it was really cool seeing the process of them building it. Although it was annoying when people would just come to my station to ask when Maxx Force would open.

Contortion 1011 They were awesome! I try not to get in their way too much, but it was very nice of them to open the restraints for me. And hey maybe that helped them test them a bit!

The launch track is soooo short. It almost looks impossible that Maxx Force will reach 78 MPH is that distance.
78 MPH in 2 seconds is gonna be the best experience hopefully. Lets hope it isnt a painful experience

Nobody will ever understand the line to the Whizzer yesterday. It spanned all the way back to the flash pass building. The sky trek tower was closed and Maxx Force is still closed for commercial shooting so all I could assume was everybody wanted to get a good look at the ride. XD
Why can’t Six Flags get there stuff together? Cedar Fair has long had most of their new attractions open, even in Canada where the climate was colder! Six Flags use to be the best regional park for innovation AND on time rides (for the most part) but over the past few seasons they have gotten slower and slower!
Because now they intentionally wait a while after the park opens for the year (they usually like to open new rides on Memorial Day weekend, when possible) to get a second attendance draw, thus earning them more money.
what goldranger said, this was an intentional decision. not to mention complaining here is pretty stupid, The rides ARE on time from when they planned to open it and this is a pretty innovative ride. Like this ride is getting so much hate for no reason, it's insane.
This has usually been the case for most sixflags parks long before this trend of adding new additions has been in to play. I thought I wish they would pick up the pace but i feel its worth the wait lad. Specially since cedar fair isn’t opening any coasters better than this as of this year

TheJewelOfJool Good question! I am told there are other pieces coming for the train ... but I don’t know what they are exactly and where they are going. I think it is mostly decorative stuff. I’ll try to get an answer.

Never understood what the purpose of shin guards is? I feel like theres a much more comfortable way to limit your legs from getting out of the car

I think the shin guards in this case arent for limiting your legs from getting out of the car and more to stop stupid people from having their feet forward when the car launches and slamming them back into the seat.
