    Thanks for your videos, my studies of biochem, molecular biotech in my undergrad time became more comfortable with understanding more clearly about the materials of biotech in a simpler way. They are really complicated and challenging for me as a student who was from Vietnam to come to the USA to study. Thanks for your lecture videos, I could graduated in last Fall 2020 after 4 years studying in the USA and be more confident to chase my dream to study higher to become a scientist.

    if PCR reproduce many copies identical copies then it is confusing when you use different colours for the last two fragments of DNA during amplification

      Nucleotide sequence surrounding the gene of interest are called flanking sequences.
