Hey bro I'm currently playing it rn on the switch, loving the game so far. Got the Griffin on esther and its currently tearing things up, also have lumberwood and sleepeafowl. End game wise I see napcaps final being there, is grimray worth it over the Griffin Post game wise
the griffin when maxed out is just ok in comparison to most, the griffin is really good early on but doesnt quite get as strong later. napcap could definitely be there over one of olivers familiars, this game is easily broken with power leveling and even with the worst team could prolly be easily completed if you power level enough (equipment too).

yeah if you or anyone else have familiars you really like go ahead and keep them, they will be able to do well enough provided you level them up enough.

But this is what I wanna ask. In your own experience, how do you measure the toughness of the final boss? Because my goal is to first play the game semi blind, up until the vanilla ending and final boss and then start a new game to do it the right way to tackle all post game content. But I am kinda hesitant to power level with tokos. Because I might plow through the vanilla content in a breeze. I also metamorphosed almost all my familiars as soon as they are available in my excitement and curiosity. I also didn't know the familiars have their own max levels. So yeah. Just asking, how tough is the final boss? If you beat the final boss with the party you have now with castro and team, would it just plow through it? I just wanna experience the game first and then tackle the more complex stuff.
If you want a actual challenge dont use castro and, dont power level with tokos. The final boss isnt really that hard I beat it the first time when I was like 10 lmao. The post game stuff is a little harder and is actually kinda hard with no toko power leveling. If your going semi blind definitely go for it its a blast :)

To break that down thats 1% in each main category (defense ,accuracy etc) so really the difference is not much to brag about. Now is this is a familiar that can’t be obtained again you should definitely go the proper way about it, but if its just a castro or something the percentages are low enough to not worry about if you don’t have the time. You can max your familiars growth rate out at any time as far as I know so whenever you decide to do that should be fine.
a bit confusing to answer but, max chocolate is not an item in the game. If something I said in the video referred to that, it would be maximum familiarity with a chocolate based familiar or I was talking of princess chocolate.
each familiar has a certain cap, things like mite is somewhere closer to 50 while tokos are like 8. the xp amount is different as well per level and many at their final level advance to 99 but things like castro stop mid 20s.

I have restarted the game many times and it definitely has replay ability. But I never heard of a main game familiar not being present on any of the remastered versions. He is a bot rare but he should still be present on the genie steps and the giants tabletops. As well as his other form in the ivory tower.
@@tokocold1497 oh well idk about the ivy tower but I've respawned many times at the other locations and have had no luck so either I'm extremely unlucky or maybe it just isn't there. But I have almost all 9 that you are showing. Only actually using 6 because of 3 familiars I just love too much

There arent many bad familiars in ninokuni, as long as you level them properly you will be able to pick mostly what you like.
